It has been quite an eventful month indeed! Let Zuggs explain.

Zuggs got back with his Wonder Woman. Things were explained and those things made a lot more sense that what it previously did. I can be rather stubborn at times, though I thought I would give her another chance. I am glad I did. * Zuggs smiles. Everything seems to be running quite smoothly indeed.

The soccer season has begun, and hence the Wednesday Night Training Sessions. I trained and played a few games at Revesby FC with Copious, sporting extrodinare. My Chippo side has played 2 games; we are 1 win 0 draws, 1 loss. If we manage to get a full team to show up on a weekend that would be a great accomplishment. Last weekend and this weekend we are resting for the Easter Break.

The management of Woolworth's is being quite corrupt as per usual (especially when they don't get their own way). I don't like the attitude of any of them; I come to understand why they work at Woolworth's; (I think it makes them feel special). A few nights ago I was formally 'counseled' (whatever that means). It was just a way that the management of the night could try to show me how cool they are; since they live and breath by different and separate rules and get away with it. They have never heard of the phrase 'lead by example'.

The account of the interview (as per this form) I have goes like this:

Jay Huntley commenced his shift at 10 pm. Jay was doing a 5 hour shift. At 1:30 am I told nightfill to go on their break. Jay's break was 15 minutes. At 1:45 am I told Jay to go back to work.

Jay Refused (That's right, I hadn't had my 15 minutes. Just because you were not a happy camper on the night doesn't mean you can cut my break short because you think you're king shit RAR RAR RAR!). Jay continued to stay in the lunch room until 1:48am three minutes after his break was finished. (No shit, you can do simple maths, but you cant keep the proper time?).

Jay Refused to follow the instructions given to him by the Nightfill Manager.

It just went then on to babble about what i need to do and more random garbage to try and make it sound as official as possible. The management of the night created themselves an opportunity to counsel me, a strategy? maybe to curb and form an attitude and/or opinion in out minds that they are the ultimate rule and what they say goes.

What a load of rubbish. What the management do not understand is I wont be a box packer all my life; if alone many months longer. What they have succeeded in doing is negatively influencing my pace, performance and productivity rates. What is going to hurt them more; Zuggs resigning? Or Zuggs being dead weight on their nightfill team.
