Golf Time.

Saturday 30 July 2005:

Max, Michael and I set out on a day of golf at Fairfield Golf Course. Preceding a rather abusive $20 fee, we got to experience what one would describe as a "dirt course" rather than Golf course. The staff there seemed to be too good to really acknowledge us too - how typical for a Golf course.

As usual, it took Max and I a little time to warm up; Michael seemed to have it down pat, but flawed many shots to keep the scores very tight across the front nine. The action started to take place as we set off on the back 9.

There were a fair share of calls of "4", although I was almost taken out by a stray Golf ball. Only through a great development of reflex and reaction, I was able to dive to the ground for cover as the missle dropped from the sky above. Ask zC how close it really was.

By the 14th hole, Max and Zuggs were tied with Michael trailing by 2. However, wether it was sheer luck, or bad luck as I would describe it, Max pulled ahead and maintained victory to the end with minor threats from Michael. The final stand: Max -3, Michael 0, Zuggs +4. I guess the better player won on the day! We shall see what happens again in two weeks time. RAR RAR RAR!

Well there is much to be said of the previous 20 days in the happenings of the world of Zuggs; where to begin?

I finally got my new old car! Its a red 1989 Nissan Pulsar Q, 5 speed manual, power steering etc. Skipping ahead a few weeks, I was involved in a car accident a few nights ago (I was cut off by another car trying to turn right from the lane to the left of me when I had the right of way to go straight ahead), I swerved, managed to avoid her but ended up in the gutter! The driver of the other car hasn't completely yet accepted responsibility but lets hope she comes to terms on what happened else its going to be a lengthy few months trying to recover the money to get the repairs done! On a note, thanks Wayne for your help with the quotes/procedures/etc. :P

University is going to be extended indeed - I failed one of the core components of the course and will need to re-sit that subject first semester in 2006. In the mean time I am to decided wether to defer, do some courses I am interested in and that would benefit me, or maybe modify my course to a double degree. There are many options that I need to look into during the next few weeks.

I have had news from Emily that she is having a great time on her trip around the world. If you are interested ill contact her and let her know to add you to the mailing list! The going away "party" at the Roxy wasn't too bad after all, was it max? (Shy women there!) Except those corrupt cops who don't know how to use a radar gun tried to convince zC he was speeding, but suddenly "let him off with a warning" and no fine. Typical!

Speaking of zC, how can I fail to mention the doings of the World of Warcraft. Myself and Michael now have accounts and its a great game to get involved in (That is right Zaf, hurry up and buy it!) Stayed tuned as I am preparing to put a little sub-site together for all those members who are apart of the Horde of Darkness at the request of Ohmygollygosh (congrats on level 60 buddy!). Hopefully this will mean I get a promotion in the guild, right?

Darren had a belated 21st party last weekend. I took a few happy snaps with my phone. As you can see, Darren was being quite emotional; not as emotional as his younger brother. It is never a good idea to get a group of drunk mates together with a chareoke machine! It sounded awful!

I didn't end up going to see the fantastic 4, I was rather tired that night, but I have seen "The House of Wax" with the very famous Paris Hilton (wow Hello Nurse!) in it. It was a pretty freaky, but interesting movie; a lot of blood and guts. The other week we also watched "Sin City". Now that was a strange movie indeed. It had a very old school feel to it, but none the less it was rather enjoyable! I am still not sure why either! It was better than that crappy DVD Zaf brought over the other night what was it called again? It had something to do with the old school Ray from Ghost Buster's making a privately funded movie at sea on his bought with his Z crew of sailors and the guitar playing black man who always knew the right time to sing? Someone please remind me what this movie is so I can warn others of it!

On a tangent, happy birthday mum! Wow how old are you today? I'd better go buy you a present lol. And speaking of birthday gifts, I finally got my 21st present from the rents and my older sister - A Braun 7630 series Syncro electronic Shaver. I haven't used it yet but it looks pretty high tech (not that I grow copious facial hair but it will be better than those annoying razors indeed!)

Its sad and quite devastating as mystery sleuth has pointed out all of the "terrorism" the city of London has experienced over the past month. I hope all you Londoner's out there remain as safe as you can (friends, family and all!). It can and will happen anywhere - let it not affect out spirit and morale to live on in a free society.

Much more has happened but I have yet to remind myself of it! Ill probably update this blog throughout the week to include many of the other shenanigans that have happened! Take care, Zuggs is always out there! (wow, that rhymes?).

Well my room has now been transformed into a massive metropolis of crap. Thanks to the newly arrived resident, my bachelor pad isn't so bachelor pad like anymore. Here is something what it looks like on a day to day basis. As you can see the cleanliness is gone and has been replaced by copious amounts of stuff expended about the room everywhere. o_O

Zaf and I walked past the cinemas today to grab a bite to eat - reading down the list of movies;

• Batman Begins
• Herbie: Fully Loaded
• Mr & Mr's Smith
• The Longest Yard
• War of the Worlds
• Madagascar

There was nothing new we had not seen! I do believe the "Fantastic Four" is coming out this Thursday which will be a great movie to see considering the actors involved; or in any geeks case, a certain female actor.

The Simple Plan Tickets Arrived! WOOHOO! Wednesday the 5th of October 2005 is going to be a great night indeed. As long as there are some alcoholic beverages indeed! Zuggs sighs. None the less, it should be a good night - just have to wait around until the day arrives!

As you can see, I am testing out my step brothers newly acquired camera. Its some form of sony cybershot ( There are so many these days that its hard to keep track of them all). The expression on my face depicts a great many things which I will leave up to you to decide what it means indeed.

RAR RAR RAR its glad to see Sunnie the Queen of the YMEMC has returned from a place far far away! Welcome back you! You still have much to learn about the ways of the Monkey. Train you, I must if you are to carry on these ancient Monkey ways. * Zuggs waves his hand in a Jedi like motion.
